% 24.08.2016 The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite final arguments have been heard, the judgment is not pronounced in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the order dated 09.07.2015, which reads that part arguments have been heard and put up for further argument and order for 16.08.2016."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite above position, the matter has not been disposed of. In view of the above, the trial court is requested to complete the hearing finally and dispose of the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

The petition stands disposed of. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
