% 19.02.2025 1.
The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal ('Tribunal') in O.A No.2033/2022.
2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that the challenge to identical orders passed by the learned Tribunal already stands rejected by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1258/2023 titled Commissioner of Police Delhi Police & Ors. vs. Manjeet and other connected petitions which orders were also unsuccessfully assailed before the Apex Court. 3.
In the light of the aforesaid, once similar petitions filed by the petitioner stand dismissed by this Court, the present petition is also, for the reasons stated in W.P.(C) 1258/2023, liable to be dismissed. The petition alongwith the accompanying application is, accordingly, dismissed.
