% 03.02.2017 Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 has handed over a copy of the status report. The same is taken on record. Along with the status report, respondent nos. 2 to 4 have also enclosed a letter dated 8th December, 2016 by virtue of which respondent no. 1's regularisation application has been rejected by the Assistant Engineer (Building)-II, EDMC. A speaking demolition order dated 14th December, 2016 has also been enclosed with the status report.

In view of the said order, present contempt petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.

Parties are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the said orders, if aggrieved, in accordance with law. This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion either with regard to the demolition order or with regard to the rejection of the regularisation application.
