The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of the wife of the Petitioner. The matter has been listed today for the compliance of the order dated 25th July, 2024. 3.

In compliance of the order dated 25th July, 2024, Status Report dated 9th August, 2024 has been filed, as per which the IO has stated that he visited the house of the Petitioner and the wife of the Petitioner has confirmed that she is living happily in her matrimonial home out of her own free will. 4.

The Petitioner has assured that he is keeping his wife comfortable in her matrimonial home.
