Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received the cancellation order dated 26th December, 2023 this morning. He states that petitioner would raise his grievance with regard to the cancellation order before the Civil Court, which is already seized of the civil suit being CS/SCJ/1094/2023 filed by the petitioner. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition along with the pending applications stands disposed of.
