The application is disposed of CRL.M.A. 25571/2024 (modification of order dt. 25.07.2024 by petitioner) 1.
By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25.07.2024 vide which the applicant was directed to be released on emergency parole for a period of two weeks. 2.
The petitioner had preferred the instant petition on the ground that his mother had expired, the factum of which already stands verified. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to avail the benefit of the aforesaid order as he is not able to arrange for a The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. surety and furthermore, he also seeks some reduction in the bond amount. 4.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by learned ASC (Crl.) for the State. 6.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been unable to avail the benefit of the order dated 25.07.2024, for the reasons mentioned in the application, it is hereby allowed and the order dated 25.07.2024 is modified to the extent that petitioner is to be realised on parole for a period of two weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. The other terms and conditions contained in the order dated 25.07.2024 shall remain the same. 7.
The application is disposed of in above terms. 8.
A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.
