The Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, directing the respondent to release the petitioner on 1st spell of parole for a period of 8 weeks on the ground of medical ailments of mother of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition as the Parole has already been granted to the petitioner.

Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
