The Trial Court shall ensure that the hard copies of the extracts of CDs being obscene in nature are kept in sealed cover on the judicial file to prevent its misuse. The Trial Court shall further ensure that the hard copies are kept by the Investigating Agency / prosecution in the sealed cover. The Trial Court shall endeavour to CRL.M.C. 638/2016
get an undertaking from the accused / petitioner and his counsel that the hard copies, if made available to them, shall not be circulated further and shall be kept with utmost secrecy so that identity of the victim is not known to anyone else.
