This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording the terms of settlement.

The terms of the settlement are given in paragraph no.2 of the application, which is duly signed by the authorized representatives of plaintiff and defendants and is also supported by an affidavits of the CS(COMM) 800/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.
Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of paragraph no.2 of the application, which shall form part of the decree. 6.
Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870, as applicable to Delhi.
8.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
