Mr. Khanna, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that applicant has been discharged by the Trial Court under Section 21 of the NDPS Act and the case has now been remitted to the concerned Magistrate. 2.

In view of the above present development, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the concerned Court at the first instance. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, as and when such bail application is filed before the concerned Court, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
