The present petition under Section 378(4) read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "In view of the aforesaid submission made herein above this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

a. Allow the present appeal thereby quashing the impugned judgment dated 07.08.2023 passed by Sh Harjot Singh, Ld. MM-01 (NI Act), Patiala House Court, New Delhi in CC No. 6925/2021 under Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and the proceedings emanating therefrom; and/or b. Pass any other and for further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fir and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."
