It is noted that the order dated 28.11.2024 records as under: "1. Ms. Sunita Kumari, Advocate, states that the counsel who was representing the Petitioner has informed her that the Petitioner has deceased. She is not aware of the date of death." 3.

The present petition assails an order dated 19.01.2021 passed by Central Information Commission (CIC) whereby some directions were made pursuant to an RTI application filed by the petitioner. However, since the petitioner has unfortunately expired during the present petition, no further orders can be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of.
