The instant contempt petition alleges non-compliance of order dated 15th March, 2019, passed in CRL.M.C. 2436/2018, which reads as follows: "1. Rejoinder has not been filed. Let the same be filed within four weeks.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay to his son 50 per cent of the amount of the arrears in terms of the order of the Trial Court and shall bring a demand draft in the name of the child of the parties, namely, Master Tejas Trivedi for the said purpose in the Court on the next date of hearing.

3. The respondent shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing.

4. Renotify on 23.8.2019."

At the outset, counsel for the Petitioner states that since the passing of the order, much water has flown and the Respondent has made certain part payments towards the compliance of the maintenance order. Accordingly, he submits that the Petitioner would like to withdraw the present petition, and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. requests the Court to clarify that the withdrawal of the instant petition shall not amount to compromising the Petitioner's right to continue with her execution petitions, which are pending before the Trial Court. 3.

In light of the foregoing, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Petitioner shall be at liberty to peruse her remedies in the pending execution petitions/ file fresh petitions for delayed payment or non-payment of the maintenance amount, if any. All such petitions shall be considered and decided by the concerned court, in accordance with law.
