% 11.02.2019 It is stated that the matter is coming up before the trial court on 22nd February, 2019 for recording of the evidence of the brother and father of the deceased.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State assures that the brother of the deceased would appear before the trial court on 22nd February, 2019 for deposition.

It is made clear that if the evidence of the brother of deceased is not concluded on the date fixed, then it would be positively concluded on the next date and the evidence of the father of deceased would be also recorded on the date fixed by the trial court i.e. 18th March, 2019. List on 16th April, 2019.
