Petitioner submits that order dated 31.10.2023 passed by this Court whereby they were directed to deposit the outstanding rent has already been challenged by filing a Special Leave Petition vide diary No. 19855/2025 which is yet to be listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court for hearing. 2.

He submitted that, therefore, the application whereby the landlord is seeking release of the abovesaid payment may be kept on hold and may not be decided till the decision of the abovesaid Special Leave Petition. 3.
