Mr. Adesh Narain, Petitioner in person, states that the underlying disputes between the Petitioner and the Complainant have been resolved before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms of the settlement are presently under implementation. In accordance with the settlement, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with all pending applications.
