% 14.02.2020 The learned counsels for the parties submit that the lis has been amicably settled in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.12.2019 courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. An amount of Rs. 1.5 lacs has already been deposited in terms of the said settlement.

The learned counsels for the parties submit that they shall be bound to the terms of the aforesaid settlement. Their assurances are accepted. The amounts deposited by the petitioner shall be released to the respondent, alongwith interest accrued thereon. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms.
