The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "A. Issue an appropriate writ/order Appropriate Writ(S) / Direction(S) In The Nature Of Mandamus Or Any Other Writ Seeking Directions For Mere Participation In The Under 19 Cricket For Girls Organized For The First Time By The Directorate Of Education (Sports) Vide Circular No De/41/Sports/2017 4359-64 Dated 11.10 .2023 Issued By The Deputy Director Of Education(Sports) With Regard To The Organization Of The Delhi State School Games (Under- 19 Cricket For Girls ) For The Year 2023-24 And In The Nature Of Mandamus Directing The Respondent To At least Allow Her To The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Participate From Zone 18 Or Zone 21 In Delhi to be scheduled on 1st November 2023.

B. Pass an order directing the school authorities to provide with the necessary no objection or required documents facilitating the participation of the petitioner from the tournament for Zone 18 and 21 to be scheduled on 1st November 2023.

C. Pass such other and further order[s] as may deem fit and proper and in the interest of justice." 2.

On 31.10.2023, this Court permitted the Petitioner to participate in the tournaments.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 that the Petitioner has participated in the under 19 Cricket tournament for girls from zone 18 or zone 21 which was held from 01.11.2023. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition leaving the question of law open.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court again, if need so arises in future or if the same clause affects further participation of the Petitioner in the future tournaments.
