% 17.01.2020 The report from the Superintendent Jail, Delhi pursuant to directions dated 18.12.2019 has been received after information having been taken from the Medical Superintendent, DDU Hospital, Hari Nagar to indicate that inguinal hernia surgery is routinely being performed in the DDU Hospital and post-surgery care can also be provided and that the Hospital is also providing the care to patients with PLHA.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to seek instructions from the applicant seeking liberty to file it afresh, if required. The bail application is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
