The O.A. filed by the Petitioners before the Central Administrative Tribunal was disposed of on 18.01.2021 with the following observations:

"8. From this, one hardly gets any idea as to what exactly was the grievance of the applicants, mentioning this on account of the fact that if the grievance is about the pay structure, it needs to be addressed by the Ministry of Finance, and in case it is about equation with cadres, it is dealt with by the Ministry of Defence. If, on the other hand, there are any other general issues, they need to be addressed by the DOP&T. All the grievances cannot be pushed under the carpet of cadre review. of them together.

9. We, therefore, dispose of the OA, leaving it open to the applicants to make a representation with reference to specific issue, without much elaboration and to the concerned Ministry. On receipt of such a representation, the concerned Ministry shall pass orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending MA No.2996/2018 shall stand disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs."

Pursuant to the aforesaid directions, the Respondents have decided on the Petitioners' representations on 08.07.2024. 3.

Keeping in view aforesaid facts, the Petitioners, if so advised, may avail remedy against the order dated 08.07.2024 before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
