% 12.12.2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he has instructions to withdraw the present suit. Consequently, the present suit and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. Since in the present suit, some of the defendants have not been served, Registry is directed to issue to an authorised representative of the plaintiff a certificate authorizing him/her to receive back from the Collector the half amount of the Court fee paid by it in the present suit.
