The present petition under Section 2(b) read with Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks the following prayers: - "a. Summon the Respondent/Contemnor Bhawna Bagga for committing contempt of the Orders dated 08.04.2022 and 23.09.2022 passed by Ld. Kritika Jain, MM, Mahila Court, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in MC no. 872/2021.

b. Punish the Respondent for committing of contempt of Court within Section 2-B of the Contempt of Court Act.

c. Pass such other Order and further Order/ Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the parties have now settled the dispute. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not dispute the aforesaid position.
