CM APPL.25607/2024 (seeking permission to withdraw the appeal in light of settlement arrived) 1.

This is an application seeking withdrawal of the instant writ petition on the basis that the parties have arrived at a settlement through mediation. The mediation agreement settlement dated 10.10.2023 has been placed on record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that in view of the aforesaid settlement, the grievance of the appellant does not survive. Accordingly, leave is sought to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.
