Petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of the summoning order dated 10.01.2019 passed by Ld. CMM, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, for the offences under Sections 406/409/420/120B IPC and for quashing of FIR no. 101/2015, registered at Police Station EOW as well as Final Report dated 07.01.2019 filed by Delhi Police and other consequential proceedings arising from the said FIR. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners very fairly submits that discharge petitions have already been filed before the competent Court. He further submits that in several other complaints, the Petitioners have been discharged. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach this Court once again in case the discharge application is decided against the Petitioners herein.
