% 15.02.2016 The present is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to the police for the filing of charge sheet in FIR No.313/2014 under Section 406/420/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station- Kirti Nagar.

On instructions from the IO in the subject FIR namely SI Ashok, Police Station-Kirti Nagar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the police states that the charge sheet under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 shall be filed positively within a period of six weeks from today.

The above statement made on behalf of the official respondent is accepted.
