This Public Interest Litigation has been filed challenging the notice inviting e-tender dated 25.09.2015 issued by the respondent No.1 for procurement of "Comprehensive Architectural Services" for construction of Trauma Centre for AIIMS, New Delhi and seeking a direction to withdraw the same.

The learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondents, at the outset, has represented that the tenders pursuant to the impugned tender notice have already been finalized and the cause in the petition does not survive.

The writ petition as well as the application for amendment of petition are accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
