These petitions have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of Complaint Case CT No. 1354/2022 under Sections 12, 17 to 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners has handed over a copy of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by learned M.M., Mahila Court-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi indicating that the complainant has withdrawn W.P.(CRL) 2768/2022 & connected matter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
