The grievance of the Petitioner is that although the Impugned Award dated 26.11.2018 has been passed against a company, M/s Rachna Electricals (P) Ltd. [hereinafter referred to as "Company"], summons are being issued by the learned Executing Court to him as he is one of the exdirectors of the Company. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he seeks to rely upon The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 26/08/2025 at 12:12:25
the order dated 17.01.2019 passed by the learned Executing Court. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was not given an opportunity to present his case since he was not a party in the proceedings before the learned Labour Court which were filed by the Respondent against the Company. However, the summons are being sent to him as if he is an individual employer.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer in the present Petitions to an opportunity to place on record the true and corrects facts before the learned Executing Court. 5.
None appears for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 despite service. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that he has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, restricting the prayer in the present Petitions, the Petitioner is permitted to take all appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the learned Executing Court.

The Petitions are disposed of in the aforegoing terms. All pending Applications also stand closed.
