% 12.02.2026 Further to what was recorded in last order dated 09.01.2026, Mr. Randeep Pundir, learned counsel appearing for the respondent in these matters submits, that the terms of the settlement have been complied with; and the respondent has received a total sum of Rs. 5 lacs, including the amount that was deposited before the learned Magistrate. In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondent submits, that they have no objection if the present revision petitions are allowed. Upon a conspectus of the above, and based on the Compromise/ Settlement Deed dated 09.01.2025 arrived at between the parties, and the CRL.REV.P. 793/2022 & Conn. statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present revision petitions are allowed; and judgements of convictions dated 29.06.2018 and 20.07.2018 and sentencing orders both dated 10.08.2018 passed by the learned Magistrate as well as the judgments dated 14.10.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Court are set-aside.

In view of the above, the petitioners are acquitted of all the offences under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The bail bonds are cancelled. Sureties are discharged. The petitions are disposed-of.
