After hearing arguments at length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation to DDA seeking conversion of flat in question. She submits that the DDA may also be requested to decide such representation in a time-bound manner. It is also submitted that, in case, she is aggrieved by the decision on her such representation, she would rather approach a Civil Court for seeking appropriate relief. It is thus prayed that the present petition may be disposed of in aforesaid terms.

Learned counsel for respondent, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, submits that it would consider any such representation afresh and would decide the same in accordance with law. Petitioner is granted one week's time to file any such representation and in case, any such representation is filed, DDA shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the day of its receipt.

Present petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.

It is, however, clarified that all the rights and contentions of parties are reserved and this Court has not given any observation with respect to the contentions raised by either of the sides.
