The learned counsel for the respondent submits that during the pendency of the present petition, final order on the maintenance has also been passed on 12.05.2023 by the learned Family Court. He submits that in view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous.

On 17.08.2023, a request for adjournment was made on behalf of the learned proxy counsel for the petitioner stating that he would be seeking instructions on the above submission. 3.

Today, none is appearing for the petitioner.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
