% 03.08.2016 By this petition the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 2728/2016 under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC registered at PS Skakarpur. Learned APP for the State on instructions submit that during the course of investigation the parties have settled the matter and in view thereof the complainant did not get her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. However, in view of the allegations made by her in the FIR a charge-sheet has already been filed on 26th July, 2016. Considering the fact that parties have already settled the matter, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- each with one surety BAIL APPLN. 362/2016
