The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "1. Pass appropriate directions to the SDM Narela to mutate the property (upon which transfer duty has been paid by petitioner which is a precondition for mutation) & supply the copy of farad to the petitioner."

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has paid the stamp duty and there is no reason why mutation of the property should be withheld.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is allowed and the SDM, Narela is directed to mutate the property in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
