By way of present application filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.87/2019 registered under Sections 363/368/370/376/34 IPC and Sections 6 POCSO Act at P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no specific allegations against the applicant and that the allegations are mainly against one of the co-accused namely Ravi Shankar. He further submits that coaccused persons namely Sangeeta and the applicant's wife namely Roopa Panja have been released on bail. Lastly, it is submitted that the applicant has been in custody since 26.07.2019 and that the child victim has been examined. It is further submitted that there are no allegations against the applicant in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The bail application is vehemently opposed by the learned APP for State duly assisted by learned counsel for the prosecutrix. It is submitted that in her testimony before the court, the victim has clearly stated about the applicant as being one of the persons who forced her into prostitution. 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have also perused the testimony of child victim. In her examination-in-chief, the child victim has stated that the applicant along with the co-accused namely Ravi Shankar used to take money from clients for offering her for sexual relationship. It is further noted that the offences alleged against the applicant are heinous in nature.

In view of the above, I found no ground to entertain the present application and the same is accordingly dismissed.
