The property in question i.e property no. 32, Hari Nagar Ashram, New Delhi had been booked on 31.01.2017 qua ground floor, first floor and second floor (wall / column shuttering). Demolition proceedings were initiated so also sealing proceedings under section 345-A of the DMC Act. Work stop notice was issued on 06.02.2017 and 14.02.2017 to the local SHO. Electricity and the Jal Board authorities have also been directed to discontinue the essential supplies. Demolition action was carried out on 07.03.2017.03 RCC roof panels one at each floor stand demolished. Copy of the status report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. appended along with this status report have also been filed. The corporation will ensure that no reconstruction in the property is permitted to the private respondent.
