The petitioner has filed this application in a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which has been disposed of on 26.07.2024. The application is for appointment of a substitute arbitrator in view of the fact that the learned arbitrator appointed by this Court, has expressed his inability to enter into the reference due to a conflict of interest.

Ms. Pratishtha Vij, learned counsel for the respondent, is present and has no objection to the relief sought. Ms. Vij may file her vakalatnama within two weeks from today.

The application is, therefore, allowed and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madan B.
