Mr. Anukul Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the respondent has also filed a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an arbitrator, in respect of the disputes between the parties under the Partnership Deed dated 11.01.2023. The said petition has been allowed today, by a coordinate Bench of this Court, and an arbitrator has been appointed. 2.

In view of the above, Mr. Raj states that the relief sought in this petition has been rendered infructuous. The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
