% 17.02.2017 Issue show cause notice to the respondents.
Learned APP for the State accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by SI Kailash of police station New Usmanpur.
It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. Present FIR No. 868/16 under Sections 354/354B/452/34 IPC was registered at police station New Usmanpur on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 2nd February, 2017. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She
further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the neighbours, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 868/16 under Sections 354/354B/452/34 IPC registered at police station New Usmanpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of.
