Sisodia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition with liberty to file afresh for the same relief before the appropriate court, as may be permissible in accordance with law.
In the circumstances, on oral prayer, the application is treated as one seeking leave to withdraw the main bail petition. The application is allowed. The application stands disposed-of.
