Pursuant to the previous order dated 13th August, 2024, it is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that they have joined and cooperated in the investigation on various dates including on 16th August, 2024, which fact is confirmed by the APP for the State on instructions of the IO. 2.

According to the IO, he has given statements which would assist them in the investigation. The charge-sheets against four other accused have already been filed, whereas the charge-sheet qua this petitioner is expected to be filed at any time soon.

In these facts and circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail in FIR No.369/2024 PS Begumpur under Sections 308/34 IPC is allowed. 4.

Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 5.
