By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 664/2019 registered under Section 376AB/342/506 IPC & 6 POCSO at PS Narela Indl. Area, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application as in the trial, only testimony of the concerned Investigating Officer is remaining to be recorded. He submits that he has also preferred an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. 2.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.

Considering that the trial pertains to the year 2019, it is being deemed expedient to direct the trial court to expedite the trial and make an endeavour to conclude the same within nine months from today.
