This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled all their disputes on mutually agreed terms and conditions as recorded in a Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2026. A copy of the said agreement has been appended along with the present application. 3.

Considering the aforesaid, the present application is allowed. 4.

The present contempt petition, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
