% 25.11.2024 CM(M) 3025/2024 & CM APPL. 68259/2024 extension of time for compliance of order dt. 29.07.2024 1.

As per payment schedule, the outstanding amount of Rs.13,53,11,033/- was to be paid in 10 instalments starting from 26.08.2024 to 26.05.2025.

By filing the present application, the petitioner has sought extension of two months time for making the payment of instalments due from November 2024. It has been submitted that the petitioner is facing acute financial crunch due to which he is not in a position to make the payment of instalment for the month of November as per schedule. 3.

petitioner, instead of asking for re-scheduling of all the installments by further period of two months, has restricted his prayer to the re-scheduling of instalments of November 2024 only.

The learned counsel submits that he has instructions to state that if permitted petitioner would ensure that payment for the month of November 2024 is made along with the instalment for the month of December 2024 as scheduled.

The learned counsel of respondent has no objection if the payment of instalment for the month of November 2024 only is re-scheduled to December 2024.

In view of the concession granted by the respondent, the application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make the payment scheduled for the month of November 2024 with instalment for the month of December 2024 as per agreed schedule.

This order is subject to the condition that no further request for rescheduling the payment would be entertained in future and petitioner would strictly adhere to the other directions also as contained in order dated 29.07.2024..

The application is accordingly disposed of.
