% 01.03.2024 I.A. 4944/2024 (u/Order XXIII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908) 1.

This is a joint application on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 whereby the Plaintiffs and Defendants jointly pray for a consent decree in terms of the settlement enumerated in paragraph no. 4 of the application. 2.

Counsel mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the settlement and pray that the suit be decreed in terms thereof. The aforenoted application is duly supported by affidavits of the authorized representatives of the parties. The counsels who have joined the proceedings confirm the settlement identified the signatures of their clients and confirm the settlement and seek a consent decree thereof. 3.

The Court has perused the terms of the settlement, as recorded in paragraph No. 4 of the said application, and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of Plaintiffs and against the Defendants, in terms of the settlement mentioned in the application, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 5.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of 50% Court fees, in favour of the Plaintiffs.
