% 18.11.2024 1.

At the very outset, it has been informed by learned counsel for the parties that in connection with one matter referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, the parties have arrived at settlement.

2.

It is, however, informed by petitioner that respondent no.2 Ms. Komal Mathur has also filed a civil suit bearing CS(OS) 582/2024 which is pending before this Court and the next date of hearing is 25.11.2024. It is submitted that such suit should also be withdrawn by her. 3.

Dr. Amit George, learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that as per instructions, since the other matters between petitioner and respondent no.1 have been amicably resolved, respondent no.2 shall withdraw her above said suit on the next date of hearing provided the petitioner, who has already approached CAW Cell, be also asked not to pursue with her such complaint. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that no such complaint filed before Crime Against Women Cell (CAW), would be further continued or pursued by the petitioner.

5.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that in view of the above, he would withdraw said suit.

6.

Such statements made by learned counsel for petitioner and respondent no. 2 are taken on record.

7.

Be that as it may, the fact remains that in view of the above said settlement, which though was, primarily between petitioner and respondent no.1, learned counsel for the petitioner states that now the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with her contempt petition. 8.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.
