By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to initiate action against the respondent for not complying with the order dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court, whereby they were directed to abide by the orders passed by the Trial Court.

Indisputably, Crl. M.C. 9248/2023 is coming up for consideration before this Court on 05.08.2024. Mr. Chadha, learned counsel, on instructions, states that he is not pressing the present petition and would press his submissions on 05.08.2024 in the aforementioned petition. 3.
