This is an application filed on behalf of applicant/ petitioner under Section 151 CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition on the basis that she has been selected after the interview process was conducted in pursuance of the order dated 27.03.2023. 2.

Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that the difficulty that he would be facing is part of the order dated 27.03.2023, particularly para 3. He submits that his statement which was recorded in para 3 of the said W.P.(C) 16056/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order, may be vacated qua the present applicants/ petitioners. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the petitioner, the statement which bound the respondent No.5 contained in para 3 of the order dated 27.03.2023 in W.P.(C)11016/2022 to the extent of applicant/ petitioner stands vacated.

Respondent No.5 is directed to issue appointment letters at the earliest.

He further submits that the liberty to make further representation in regard to the past services may be also granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of petitioner. However, liberty to raise any issue in accordance with law shall always remain with the petitioner.

Liberty in accordance with law is reserved to the petitioners. 8.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 16056/2022 9.

The date already fixed before the Registrar i.e. 10.05.2024 stands cancelled.
