Matter was heard yesterday when none appeared for the petitioner and respondent No.2 complainant in person addressed his arguments. 2.

However, in the interest of justice, no adverse orders were passed and the matter was kept for today, i.e., 26.08.2025. 3.

On resumed hearing today, again none has appeared for the petitioner. In fact, the order sheets reflect that even on the prior date of hearings none appeared for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, having seen the contents of the reply filed by the respondent No.2, I am in agreement with the same and in any case it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the lis given his continuous default in appearing in Court.
