The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the impugned Order dated 20.07.2024, passed by the learned ASJ in Session Case No. 195/2017 titled as 'State vs. Wasim Khan & Ors.'.

It is submitted in the Petition that the applicant, Saleem was unable to appear on 06.06.2024, on account of misappropriation of the date and again on 20.07.2024, on account of his ill-health.

A prayer is made that the NBWs issued against the applicant vide Order dated 06.06.2024, may be recalled.

NBWs have been issued against the accused/petitioner on account of non-appearance for which he is at liberty to move an appropriate application either for cancellation of NBWs or bail, as the case may be, before the learned ASJ. No further directions are required to be made in the present Petition, which is hereby disposed of. The pending application stands disposed of.
