1. This is an application to place on record the Settlement dated 10.03.2025. Additionally, the amount of Rs.51,58,419/- is also to be released to the decree holder along with accrued interest in view of the settlement.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of.

3. In view of the order passed above, the present execution petition is disposed of as having been settled and the amount of Rs.51,58,419/- lying deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court along with up-to-date accrued interest shall be released to the decree holder/ its nominee.
